Season spelt with oil.<\/p>\n
Ricotta cheese mousse: season ricotta with salt, pepper, minced parsley and lemon zest.<\/p>\n
Place some spelt over the bottom of glass jars.<\/p>\n
Place tuna with \u2018nduja on top, then cucumber cubes.<\/p>\n
Put the mousse within a sac \u00e0 poche, and squeeze it within each glass jar.
