Tuna and Datterino Tomatoes Sauce

A refined ready-made sauce that combines the sweetness of carefully selected ripe tomatoes with the rich flavor of Callipo tuna in olive oil.

Small whole datterino tomatoes, with their firm flesh, give the sauce freshness, texture, and an authentic Mediterranean character.

Ingredients:

Red tomato purée, canned tuna in olive oil Callipo 16% (tuna 15.2%, olive oil 0.6%, salt), red datterino tomatoes (15%), “Tropea Calabria Red Onion P.G.I.” (1.6%), sugar, olive oil, salt, acidity regulator: citric acid; parsley, black pepper.
