Drain tuna fillets, by pouring aquamaris water from the jar in a bowl. Soak “friselle” by using aquamaris, until they are soft.
Cut tomatoes in pieces; put them in a bow with drained tuna fillets and oregano. Season with extra virgin olive oil. Do not add salt to seasoning, as Callipo Tuna Fillets in Aquamaris are naturally savoury, containing only mineral salts from the sea.
Add your favorite extra ingredients, like Tropea red onion, green olives, capers or Calabria red hot pepper, and cover the “frisella” with this mixture.
